In July 2014 a local paper, the News Shopper, ran a prominent story about the disruption ahead for Greenwich Line passengers and what GLUG was doing to minimise it.
In July 2014 we wrote a piece for Modern Railways magazine about the impact of the rebuilding of London Bridge station on local rail services.
In March 2014 we featured in the Greenwich Visitor newspaper, alerting local residents, and visitors to the problems ahead for anyone wanting to get to and from Greenwich by train.
In October 2013 the Westcombe Society and its Westcombe News newsletter covered the work that GLUG and others had done to get Network Rail to finally start informing Greenwich Line passengers about what the Thameslink programme would mean for them.
In July 2013, the DeptfordHighStreet.com website ran a piece by GLUG convenor Mike Sparham on the threat to Deptford’s rail link to Charing Cross and Waterloo East.
